Once on-site, confidently navigate between venues—even if your next session is across town. The Events app provides real-time travel estimates by different modes of transportation, helping users optimize their day.

For years, Comcast technicians struggled with multiple disconnected systems to manage their in-field service needs. We set out to design a holistic solution that would streamline on-site data access, reduce stress, and ultimately enhance the customer experience. Given the many internal silos and divisions, it was critical to establish a shared definition of success across the organization. To do this, we conducted in-depth interviews with 20 stakeholders and observed 84 “truck rolls” over a 20-day period across the U.S.
